Learn to knit entrelac, a knitting technique that produces a fabric that looks like it has been woven in strips, or a "basketweave" effect. Using a color-coded pattern, you will be learning the basics of entrelac so that you can complete a scarf, worked in one piece with variegated Noro yarn. You will be creating the basketweave effect by knitting a series of sloping "blocks" left and right. You can also learn a technique to knit backwards, a timesaving way to avoid turning your work constantly.
