Basic Socks Using Magic Loop


Have you ever wanted to make a warn, cozy pair of hand knit socks? This class will teach you how using the magic loop and a traditional top-down, heel-flap pattern. You will learn what it means to "turn the heel", pick up stitches" and "Kitchener a toe".


Skill Level: Intermediate
Skill Details: Must be comfortable knitting and purling (ribbing). Helpful to have a few finished projects under your belt, especially something that requires knitting in the round like a hat.
Materials Included: Pattern
Requirements: 1 skein of fingering weight sock yarn, size 1 32" or longer circular needle, locking stitch markers, tapestry needle & tape measure. First class only - practice yarn and needles (any weight and size).
